Second-hand car purchase
We purchased our daughters first car from North Lane Garage with no pressure selling. John was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure she was happy. Came with full service and a new MOT with no advisories as promised so new brake pads and tires and even 6 months tax to help her out. couldn't do enough to ensure she was happy and ready to hit the road.

Tracy drew me in and John made me stay, fab experience
Had the best experience at North Lane Garage. After moving out from my parents house and needing to buy my first car on my own John was helpful, guiding, and friendly. I was so grateful to have gone to this garage. After the 5-star treatment I received I will be going back for all MOT and services. Massive massive thank you to the team.

Nissan xtrail purchase
We bought a 2006 nissan xtrail 2wks ago. Found fault on test drive. Fixed at great expense by the dealer. New mot included. Great deal and great customer service. 100% recomended. Lovely car.

Professional, friendly, and great value for money!
Was my second time using North Lane Garage and on both occasions, I have been extremely pleased with the work carried out. The first visit was due to a breakdown, they repaired and got my car back on the road promptly. The second visit was for a full service and Mot. All staff I have been in contact with are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. Professional, great customer service, and great value for money. Will definitely be using North Lane Garage going forward for all of our household cars. Great team and thank you!

Very accommodating, very helpful
Took my car in a couple of weeks ago with an issue with the shock absorber. The garage was not aware I was going in, but they were very accommodating and fitted my car in to be repaired that day and gave me a courtesy car to use for the time being. The car was done by 3 pm that day. Very fair owner.
